What to Expect During the Botox Cosmetic Procedure
I will complete an assessment to determine that you are a good candidate for Botox® treatment. This will consist of asking basic questions and reviewing your medical history. Once your consultation is complete, the actual procedure could last a maximum of 10 minutes.
Uses of Botox®
Botox injections are used to treat wrinkles, excessive sweating, and migraines.
Botox® Recovery Instructions
Patients will start to see the effects of Botox® within 48 hours of the injection but it may take up to a week for the best results to show.
Some recovery instructions will include, avoiding laying down for a period of two hours following treatment and avoiding strenuous activity for the remainder of the day.
